폴 매카트니
제임스 폴 매카트니(James Paul McCartney)는 영국의 싱어송라이터이자 비틀즈의 멤버로 밴드 내에서는 리드 보컬리스트, 베이시스트, 피아니스트 겸 작곡가였다. 1942년 6월 18일 영국 잉글랜드 랭커셔 리버풀에서 태어났다. 독보적인 음악성으로 세계적인 인기를 얻었으며, 비틀즈가 아닌 개인으로도 존 레논 등과 함께 20세기의 대중음악을 상징하는 인물들 중 한 명으로 평가받는다.
